Under Article 11 of KVKK, by applying to our Company, as the data controller, you have the right to;

  • Request information if they have been processed

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are being used in accordance with the purpose

  • Know the third parties to whom they are transferred within or outside the country

  • Request correction if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately

  • Request deletion or destruction of them within the framework of the conditions set forth in KVKK

  • Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to the above clauses to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred

  • Object to any result arising against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems

  • Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data

These rights are regulated in KVKK Article 11.
